Well my mom and I just started and so far I feel great because I have been on an unhealthy diet and my blood sugar went down and nurtisystem helps me eat healthier and stop cravings because they have chocolates,yogurt drinks,pasta,beef and potatoes and its all proportioned.my friend wilma lost about more than 10 pounds in a couple weeks.I recommend it its so good i cant wait for the next meal.
